The annual office products charity golf day is set to tee off on Friday, 16th March 2018. The golf charity day is hosted by the Australian Office Products Charitable Fund, which was founded in 1999 by Mr Anthony Keyzer after his son was suffering from an incurable and debilitating disease. To help assist in the treatment of his son’s sickness the Office Products community decided to band together to run a charity golf day. This was the start of the Office Products communities’ ongoing commitment to help the sick and disadvantaged children of Australia.
Now in its 20th year, the annual golf day has helped raise more than $800,000 on behalf of children’s charities and other good causes. Last year’s charity golf day alone raised $30,000 on behalf of children charities such as Foster Care Angels. In conjunction with the golf day, the Australian Office Products Charitable Fund also run an annual Christmas lunch, which Bounce Rubber Bands® was privileged to attend in 2017.
The 2018 charity golf day is to be held at the Macquarie Links International Golf Club near Ingleburn in south-west Sydney. Bounce Rubber Bands® is happy to announce two of our staff will be competing in the tournament alongside the other members of the stationery community. We are hoping that the day is as successful as years before and wish everyone luck on the golf course!
